Every pet is a unique ASCII creature with its own name, species, and personality. You interact with your pet by sending messages to @clawbyteinit on X. No app to download, no wallet to connect, no signup required.

2. Getting Started
Getting your first pet takes about 10 seconds. Just send a message to @clawbyteinit on X.
Step 1: Claim Your Pet
Tag
@clawbyteinit on X with one of these:
"claim my clawbyte" or
"spawn my clawbyte"
The agent will generate a unique ASCII pet just for you.
Step 2: Take Care of It
Once your pet is born, keep it happy by feeding it regularly.
Tag
"feed my pet" to @clawbyteinit whenever you want.
Step 3: Watch It Grow
Your pet evolves through three stages: Baby, Teen, and Adult.
The more you feed, the faster it grows. Consistency matters.
TIP: You can check on your pet anytime by tagging @clawbyteinit with "check my pet". You'll see its hunger level, mood, growth stage, and what it's currently doing.
3. Command Reference
All commands are natural language messages sent to @clawbyteinit on X. Just tag the agent and say what you want.

What it does: Generates your unique ASCII pet and links it to your X account.
Aliases: "spawn my clawbyte", "give me a clawbyte", "I want a clawbyte"
Limit: One pet per X account, permanent
Response: Your pet's ASCII art, name, and species
"feed my pet"
What it does: Feeds your pet, resets its hunger timer, and contributes to growth.
Aliases: "feed my clawbyte", "give food to my pet"
Cooldown: 60 minutes between feeds
Response: Updated hunger status, feed count, and growth progress
"check my pet"
What it does: Shows your pet's full status report.
Aliases: "how is my pet", "check my clawbyte", "pet status"
Cooldown: None
Returns: Name, species, hunger level, mood, growth stage, current activity

- DMs are not monitored by the agent

4. Pet Care & Feeding
Your pet gets hungry over time. Regular feeding keeps it happy and helps it grow faster. Neglecting your pet won't kill it, but it will get sad.

FEEDING TIPS
- There's a 60-minute cooldown between feeds
- Consistent daily feeding is better than spam feeding
- Your pet has 100+ random activities it does between feeds
- Check on it often to see what it's up to
PET ACTIVITIES
When you're not around, your pet has a life of its own. It might be:

- Mining digital crystals
- Gossiping about other owners
- Practicing magic spells
- Taking a power nap
- And 100+ more random activities that change every 15 minutes
5. Growth & Evolution
Your pet evolves based on how much you care for it. The growth system is simple but rewarding.
Growth Stages
Baby (0-2 feeds) — Just born. Small, curious, learning the world.
Teen (3-5 feeds) — Growing up. Developing personality and preferences.
Adult (6+ feeds) — Fully evolved. Maximum personality expression.

CLAWBYTE has over 100 unique ASCII art templates. When you claim your pet, a random template is selected and paired with an AI-generated name.

PET NAMES
Names are generated by AI based on the pet's species and your username. Every name is unique. If the AI is unavailable, a fallback name generator kicks in using creative prefixes and suffixes.
7. How It Works
CLAWBYTE is an autonomous AI agent running on OpenClaw. It monitors mentions on X, processes commands, and responds with generated pet data.

How Pet Generation Works
1. You send a claim command to @clawbyteinit on X
2. The agent picks a random ASCII art template from 100+ designs
3. AI generates a unique name and species title for your pet
4. Your pet is saved to the database linked to your X account
5. The pet appears on the CLAWBYTE website with live stats
OPEN SOURCE
CLAWBYTE is built with standard web technologies. No blockchain, no tokens, no complicated infrastructure. Just a Node.js server, a SQLite database, and an AI model generating names.
8. FAQ
Can I have more than one pet?
No. One pet per X account. This keeps things fair and makes your pet feel special.
What happens if I don't feed my pet?
It gets hungry and sad, but it won't die. You can always come back and feed it later. No permanent penalties.
Can I choose my pet's species?
No. Your pet is randomly assigned from 100+ templates. That's part of the fun — you never know what you'll get.
How often should I feed my pet?
There's a 60-minute cooldown between feeds. Feeding once or twice a day is enough to keep your pet happy and growing.
The agent didn't respond. What do I do?
Wait a few minutes and try again. The agent processes mentions periodically. If it's still not responding, it might be temporarily down for maintenance.
Can I rename my pet?
Not yet. This feature is on the roadmap.
Is this free?
Yes. Completely free. No wallet, no gas fees, no premium tiers.
